Accreditation 

Camden Surgical Hospital is fully accredited against the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. Accreditation is assessed and granted by Global-Mark, a certification body approved by the Australian Commission for Safety and Quality Care.

 

Quality Management 

Camden Surgical Hospital has a detailed quality management program to monitor, assess and improve the quality of patient care. Key quality parameters are monitored by the Medical Advisory Committee to ensure the safest possible care is being provided to our patients. Information is gathered about clinical performance, health outcomes and patient satisfaction. This information will be published and where applicable, will also be benchmarked against the National Standards.

Safety Management

Camden Surgical Hospital undertakes planned and regular fire and alarm testing, biomedical testing and maintenance of equipment and the hospital facility itself. These audits are conducted on a frequent basis to ensure the environment is safe for all who visit our hospital.
